Any lunch or dinner which are not entitled
Arrival night accommodation (day 0)
Any additional beverages or food / snacks consumed
Seasonal peak supplements ( New year & Christmas )
Any gratuities to the attending staff
Any personal effects not mentioned here
Anything not specified above

IMPORTANT FACTORS
Personal effects for Warm/Windy/Rainy conditions should be considered.
Insect repellent, Sun protection creams etc. are highly recommended.
Casual and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
The standard check-in time for hotels are is 14:00hrs of the arrival day while
- the check-out time is 11:00hrs of the departure date

PAYMENT POLICY
USD 500 Deposit to confirm the tour.
Full payment 45 days before travel date.
If the tour date is under 45 days on confirmation, 100% payment must be made for confirmation".

CANCELLATION POLICY            
50% of full fee is charged if cancelled within 31-45 days of travel                        
100% fee is charged if cancelled within 14 days of travel            
Days will be counted from the 9.00am on the tour starting day.
